Part and Full Time Call Center Agents/ CSR- ( INTERMEDIATE & FRESH GRADUATES)

Searching for the position of Fresh & Experienced International Caller in a similar field giving the services of outbound calls for our US clients

Requirments:

· Fluent English is required only.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Handle outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist international customers with inquiries, complaints, product/service information, billing issues, and technical support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

· Matriculation/Intermediate/ fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

Intermediate or Bachelors.

Fixed Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Daily & Weekly Incentives
