What awaits you in this role?

  • Managing entire process of part export business to supply the global Ford and joint ventured plants located in North America, Thailand, Uruguay, China, Romania and South Africa,
  • Supplying the parts to customers with right quality & quantity at right time and coordinating the internal and external supply chain sources with highest efficiency,
  • Providing end to end supply chain management for our customers from the phase of program management after program approval to serial production by being a SPOC of Part Export Operations within Ford Otosan,
  • Evaluating the relevant evidence shared by customers for claim issues to Ford Otosan and to provide root cause / responsibility of the case, communicate with multiple teams to gather information,
  • Managing the operation with 3PL logistic service provider in most effective way according to customer needs,
  • Business development with continuous improvement principle for customer satisfaction and part export business efficiency,
  • Doing feasibility studies on customer needs or new projects to put financial input of part export business.


What are we looking for in this position?

  • Engineering Degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Management Engineering),
  • Written & Spoken English (Advanced),
  • Being interested in supply chain /project management /coordination is preferable,
  • Strong teamwork, enthusiastic for development and innovation,
  • Good negotiation, communication, leadership, customer service skills including the ability to maintain composure under stress,
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously and having Agile mindset,
  • Customer oriented, problem solving, result oriented and persuasive skills,
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in supply chain,
  • Ability to financial analysis,
  • Professional, positive and motivated image and attitude,
  • Open to change & able to adapt quickly and have agile mindset,
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint ) , SAP BI, Tableau, SQL are preferable,
  • Able to travel abroad as required, good driving skills,
  • Able to work in a multi-cultural environment & with multi-cultural teams.
