About Strix Aero

Strix Aero is an innovative aviation engine company specializing in vintage World War II engines, carburetors, and engine monitoring solutions. We are a small team with big results located at the New Richmond Airport with national and international customers. Strix Aero was established in 2017 by founder and CEO, Cory Miller. The current Strix Aero team of 8 employees is growing fast as the aviation industry is in great need of Strix Aero's services.

The role

This position works with the President and operation personnel. The successful candidates will possess thorough knowledge of QuickBooks, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, S corporation taxes, and projections. Knowledge of integrating QuickBooks into an ERP system a plus. ERP experience a plus. Administrative assistance experience is a plus to support the President with Financial planning, tracking financials per project, prepare additional financial reports to investors & business partners, and customer proposals.

Schedule

This is an in person / hybrid position. Some hours per week in the office required but open to remote. We do anticipate on this position going full time within 6 - 12 months with additional responsibilities and growth potential. Schedule can be flexible.
