We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Accounting & Administrative Support professional to join our luxury real estate brokerage team. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions using QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain and manage vendor accounts
- Process agent disbursements and invoicing
- Payroll processing
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks experience required
- Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Real estate office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently as well as with a team
