Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Schedule: 2–3 days per week | Part-Time
Miami Valley Roofing & Restoration is looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Admin team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates well, and can help keep daily office operations running smoothly.
This position will primarily assist with administrative tasks 2–3 days per week and will also help fill in for our full-time executive admin when needed.
Responsibilities may include:
- Answering phones and helping direct calls
- Assisting with customer communication and follow-up
- Data entry and updating customer information
- Scheduling support and calendar coordination
- Organizing documents, job files, and office records
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
- Administrative Coverage Support: Step in to support office operations and help ensure continuity when the Executive Admin or full-time admin is out.
- Weekly Administrative Operations: Help maintain smooth day-to-day office operations, support administrative workflows, and assist with keeping communication, scheduling, and internal tasks organized throughout the week.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
