About the Role

Looking for a sharp, self-directed Part-Time Personal Assistant who can move fluidly between executive support, AI-powered content production, research, and occasional tutoring. This is not a traditional admin role.

The right person thrives in ambiguity, picks things up quickly, and is genuinely excited about what AI tools can do. You will work directly with the founder, helping execute across a portfolio of active ventures. As the business evolves, so will your scope — this role is designed to grow.

Sample Projects You'll Work On

Here's a taste of what the first 90 days might look like:

Automated AI Influencer — Finance & Trading Niche Build and operate an AI-powered persona for short-form finance content across Instagram and YouTube Shorts. This includes scripting market commentary, generating synthetic video using HeyGen, cloning a voice with ElevenLabs, and scheduling posts automatically. The goal: a fully automated, human-feeling content channel that runs with minimal daily input and drives traffic to our media properties. Tools: HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut / Descript, n8n or Make, Instagram API

Ideal Candidate is genuinely interested in financial markets — stocks, crypto, options, macro — and excited about making that world accessible to people who are just getting started, you'll love this project and you'll be great at it.

Automated Newsletter — Design and operate an end-to-end automated newsletter pipeline for our AI-focused publication. Ingest curated sources, use Claude or GPT to draft summaries and commentary, run it through an editorial review step, and push to Beehiiv or ConvertKit on a set schedule. Bonus: A/B test subject lines and optimize open rates using built-in analytics. Tools: Claude API, n8n / Make / Zapier, Beehiiv or ConvertKit, RSS aggregation

Automated Blog Publishing — SEO & Thought Leadership Stand up an automated content pipeline that researches trending topics, drafts long-form blog posts optimized for SEO, and publishes them to our website on a cadence. Includes keyword research integration, internal linking logic, and image generation for featured graphics. The system should run largely hands-free after setup, with a light human review layer before publish. Tools: Claude API, Ahrefs / SemRush (or free alternatives), Webflow or WordPress API, Midjourney / DALL·E, n8n

These are live projects, not hypotheticals. You'll own them.

Additional Activities:

Executive & Operational Support

• Manage communications, and follow-ups across multiple business lines
• Track action items, deadlines, and priorities — keeping the founder organized and unblocked
• Conduct research across business opportunities, grant programs, and market trends
• Help coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, pitches, and submissions

AI Tools & Content Automation

• Build and manage workflows using automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent)
• Produce content assets using ElevenLabs (voice), HeyGen (video), Lovable (app/web), and similar tools
• Own the day-to-day operation of the AI content pipelines described above
• Identify and test new AI tools that could increase output or reduce operational overhead

Research & Business Development

• Assist in identifying and evaluating small business acquisition targets across target sectors
• Research competitive landscapes, funding sources, and strategic opportunities
• Compile findings into clear, actionable summaries for decision-making
• Support grant research and light writing/editing for business proposals

Tutoring (Supplemental)

• Provide academic tutoring to K–12 or college-level students during available hours
• Subjects may include math, writing, reading, or test prep depending on your strengths
• Tutoring is a valued supplemental function — not the primary focus of the role

Who You Are

• Exceptionally smart and fast — you figure things out without needing step-by-step instructions
• Genuinely fluent with AI tools, not just aware of them — you use them daily and know their limits
• Strong writer and researcher with sharp attention to detail
• Comfortable context-switching across business, creative, and operational tasks in a single day
• Discreet, reliable, and proactive — you surface problems before they become crises
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience; advanced degree a plus
• Available for 15–25 hours per week with some schedule flexibility
• Bonus: a genuine interest in financial markets and a passion for making investing, trading, and market literacy accessible to everyday people

Tools & Platforms

Familiarity with the following is strongly preferred:

• AI & Automation: ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Lovable, Claude, ChatGPT, n8n / Make / Zapier
• Content & Publishing: Beehiiv or ConvertKit, Webflow or WordPress, Canva, Descript
• Productivity: Google Workspace, Notion, Slack
• Research & Data: general web research, basic financial/market research
• Publishing (nice to have): KDP, Draft2Digital, Midjourney / DALL·E

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience. Part-time with potential to grow as the business scales. Tutoring hours compensated separately.
