Part Time Assistant Infant Teachers

The Early Learning Center at the Invensys Foxboro Branch of the Hockomock Area YMCA is seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our team! We are hiring part-time Infant Assistant Teachers. Available shifts include Monday through Friday, 7-10 am, and Monday through Friday, 3-6pm. This position supports our youngest learners in a nurturing, engaging, and mission-driven early childhood environment.

Essential Functions

• Provides supervision and guidance to children in their care.
• Follows all health policies, YMCA policies, and EEC regulations.
• Actively participates in at least two YMCA family events and all childcare family events.
• Promptly communicates any concerns to a Teacher or Lead Teacher.
• Assists in creating and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
• Attends and completes professional development as required by EEC.

• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience working with children is required.
