Job Overview
In this role, you will craft memorable drink experiences, serve guests with enthusiasm, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in our bar area. Your passion for hospitality and strong customer service skills will help create a lively environment that keeps guests coming back.

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Flexible availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and brand standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar and lounge areas.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Micros POS
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all local, state, company health and safety regulations and monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Assist in setting up catering or banquet events when needed to support special functions
• Complete all opening, closing and side work duties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktail preparation.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service abilities with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment
