Part-Time BCBA (Hourly) – Ohio (Hybrid / Telehealth Available)

Position Overview

Prime Path ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Ohio in a part-time, hourly role. This position offers flexibility, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to grow your caseload over time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments (97151) and reassessments
• Provide ongoing BCBA supervision (97155)
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs
• Communicate with families and care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with payer and state requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification
• COBA (Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst) license, or willingness to obtain
• Ability to start part-time, with the option to transition to full-time if desired
• Experience working with children with ASD
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in CentralReach (CR)
• Comfortable providing telehealth and in-person services (as needed)

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible part-time schedule
• Hybrid model: telehealth + in-home/in-community (case dependent)

Compensation

• $55 - $65/hour
• Paid for billable services and approved clinical tasks
