Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Beatrix CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM system. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling all backend setup, customization, integrations, automation, reporting, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and update Beatrix CRM
• Handle backend administration and system optimization
• Create and manage workflows, pipelines, and automation
• Generate reports and dashboards for management
• Ensure data accuracy and system security
• Provide training/support to team when needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Beatrix CRM (backend + user management)
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows and integrations
• Ability to work independently and deliver results
• Based in Dubai (preferred) or willing to work on Dubai time zone
