Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored for the Dubai real estate market.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify ranking opportunities specific to off-plan and secondary properties.
• Optimize website structure, content, and landing pages for higher search visibility.
• Work on on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines.
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and real estate digital marketing trends in Dubai.
• Drive improvements in website traffic, lead generation, and keyword rankings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist in Dubai real estate industry (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of real estate-specific keywords, buyer trends, and market insights.
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
• Experience with WordPress, CRM systems, and real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Ability to deliver measurable results in lead generation and organic traffic growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
