Position Summary

The Part-Time Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting functions, and ensuring the timely processing of transactions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Support leadership with additional accounting tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
