Part-Time Bookkeeper

We bring your images to life with expert in-house services including printing, scanning, film development, fine art reproduction and restoration. Role Overview

You will support our financial operations by overseeing invoicing, billing, payments and collections. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong organizational skills to help maintain seamless financial flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient knowledge of GAAP
• Full cycle bookkeeping
• Bank Reconciliation
• Credit card & merchant account maintenance and reconciliation
• Undestanding of Dr & Cr (Journal Entries)
• Accounts Receivables A/R)
• Accounts Payable (A/P)
• Financial Reporting (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Statements, etc.)
• Business Tax preparation and filings
• Understanding of sales & used tax
• General HR/Payroll knowledge
• Proficient knowledge of Quickbooks Online
• Weekly payroll using ADP
• General understanding of ERP systems and SOPs
• Proficient knowledge of PC operations
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office ((Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Proficient analytical skills (Able to learn ERPs and SOPs in a timely manner)

Experience

• Two+ years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software, plus MS Excel knowledge.
• A sharp eye for detail with strong accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
• Excellent communication - professional, clear written and verbal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with small business operations and flexible, collaborative approach.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
