Part-time Cashier

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan items, provide prices, and accept payments
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with any inquiries or requests
- Process exchanges and returns
- Upsell products and promote special offers
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for calculating totals and providing change
- Prior supervising experience is beneficial but not required
- Familiarity with grocery store operations would be beneficial

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
