Part Time Community Manager - Karachi Based HYBRID Job - Freshers

Looking for FRESHERS for the community manager role . Community managers build, grow, and manage an online community of users, customers, or followers. You will be responsible for developing community initiatives, managing social media platform communications and facilitating meaningful interactions between the client and their audience.

Job Description:

• Monitor community platforms for discussions, issues, and trends and provide insights to the relevant teams.
• Develop and enforce community guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key community members and in online spaces to foster loyalty and advocacy.
• Gather and analyse feedback from the community to inform marketing teams.
• Track and report on community engagement metrics, including member growth, activity levels and sentiment.

Timings: Monday to Saturday, 11 PM - 2 AM (Remote)

For the initial 14 days of employment, you will have to come in for training Monday - Friday 1 PM - 5 PM

2 Meetings a month in our Karachi based office for data and strategy discussions.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
