Content + Social Media Operator (E-Bike Business – St. Augustine)

We are hiring a Content + Social Media Operator to manage weekly content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

This is a structured, execution-focused role. We film all content. You take that footage and turn it into consistent, high-quality posts that help drive bookings, product sales, and brand growth.

Your Responsibilities

1. Content Production

• Edit and produce 4 posts per week from provided footage
• Each post must include:
• Clean video edit
• Caption
• Hashtags and local tags
• Platform-ready formatting

2. Weekly Posting Schedule

• Tuesday: Weekend recap + merch push (full post)
• Wednesday: E-bike sales post
• Thursday: Tour promotion post
• Friday: “Things to do this weekend” short-form post

3. Scheduling + Posting

• Schedule and publish content across:
• Instagram
• Facebook
• TikTok
• YouTube (Shorts + 1 weekly video)

4. Content Planning

• Work one week ahead at all times
• Review upcoming content needs and communicate clearly

What We Provide

• All raw video footage (filmed weekly)
• Clear content direction and structure
• Simple, repeatable system

Compensation

• $125 per week ($500/month base)
• 5% commission on merchandise sales (tracked)
• 5% commission on tour bookings generated (tracked)
• $100 per e-bike sold

This role has strong upside tied directly to performance.

Workload Expectations

• ~4–6 hours per week
• Consistent, reliable weekly output
• No daily micromanagement

Requirements

• Experience editing short-form video (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Strong understanding of social media formatting and pacing
• Reliable and consistent
