Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information
• Assist clients with sales processes, including explaining features, benefits, and guiding them through purchasing decisions
• Handle data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and support documentation using Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every interaction is positive and professional
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and ensure high-quality service delivery

Skills

• Strong sales skills with a proactive approach to engaging customers and identifying needs
• Excellent customer support skills coupled with outstanding communication and active listening abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
• Experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns is preferred
• Demonstrated analysis skills for understanding customer issues and providing effective solutions
• Knowledge of call center etiquette, including professional phone manners and patience under pressure
• Basic cash handling experience combined with accurate typing skills for quick transaction processing
• Experience in plumbing field a plus, but not required
