Part Time Dentist

We are seeking a part-time dentist to work 2 days a week for our Anaheim office to provide comprehensive dental care to patients, ensuring their oral health and well-being.

Duties:

• Perform dental diagnostic, filling, extraction, crown/denture, and endodontic procedures
• Explain procedures and treatments to the patient before starting
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical documentation systems

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license in good standing
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (e.g., Open Dental)
• Strong knowledge of medical coding and billing procedures
• Excellent understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices
• Experience with medical imaging techniques and interpretation
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for performing precise dental procedures
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
