Part-Time Front Desk & Client Success Coordinator

Let’s Dance With Me Studio – Naples, FL

Compensation:
$18.00 per hour during introductory training period (first 60 days)
Performance review after 60 days with opportunity for increase to $20.00+ per hour based on performance and contribution.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Approximately 20 hours per week

About Us

Let’s Dance With Me Studio is one of Southwest Florida’s leading ballroom and Latin dance studios, serving hundreds of adult students through private lessons, group classes, social events, showcases, competitions, and dance travel experiences.

We are seeking a professional, organized, reliable, and people-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Client Success Coordinator.

This position plays a critical role in creating an outstanding client experience while supporting daily studio operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Return missed calls and voicemails
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Process lesson and event payments
  • Follow up with prospective students and leads
  • Assist with student communications via phone, text, and email
  • Welcome students and guests to the studio
  • Maintain accurate records and notes
  • Assist with event confirmations and attendance tracking
  • Support daily front desk operations and studio organization
  • Complete opening and closing front desk procedures

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a friendly, professional, highly organized individual who genuinely enjoys working with people and communicating throughout the day. This position requires excellent verbal and written English skills, strong phone etiquette, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should be comfortable answering phones, making follow-up calls, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, entering and maintaining accurate records, and creating an exceptional client experience.

Experience with QuickBooks Online, Square Appointments, CRM systems, scheduling software, data entry, and other cloud-based business applications is strongly preferred. Candidates should be confident using computers, possess strong typing skills, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service while helping maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming studio environment.
