Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator

Part Time Position:

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer incoming calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk calendar.
  • Perform office management tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
  • Possible marketing opportunities outside of office.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant is a plus.
  • Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications.
  • A positive attitude and professional demeanor are essential for this role.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!
