Part-Time Front Desk Spa Associate – Boutique Day Spa (Powder Springs, GA)

Crystal Rivers Massage Spa, a luxury boutique day spa in Powder Springs, GA, is seeking a friendly and dependable Front Desk Spa Associate to provide outstanding client service and assist with daily operations. This part-time position is ideal for someone with a passion for wellness, customer care, and creating a relaxing spa experience.

Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:

• Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:45 AM – 2:00 PM
• Every other Sunday: 11:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Applicants must be available for all listed shifts.

About Us

Crystal Rivers Massage Spa is a boutique luxury day spa located in Powder Springs, GA. We specialize in massage therapy, skincare, post-operative massage, and body waxing services. We’re looking for a Front Desk Spa Associate who is professional, reliable, and passionate about creating an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a welcoming, professional first impression
• Check clients in/out and manage appointment scheduling
• Answer phone calls, emails, text messages, and assist with booking inquiries
• Process payments and retail transactions accurately
• Keep the front desk and retail area organized and visually appealing
• Support the spa team with daily operations
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the spa’s professional standards

Qualifications

Required:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Must be able to work all listed shifts
• Availabilty to swap or pick up shifts is preferred

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a spa, salon, or wellness environment
• Familiarity with computer & scheduling booking systems
• Experience in retail or hospitality
• Within reasonable commutable distance from the location

Bonus Opportunity

Applicants who are Licensed Massage Therapists or Estheticians with body waxing and lash application experience may also be considered for additional treatment room opportunities and service commission.

Compensation

• Bi-weekly hourly pay with increases based on performance
• Performance incentives and growth opportunities for qualified candidates
• This is a permanent part-time postion
