Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional (with prior experience or internship in an IT company) who possesses strong technical understanding of the IT industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying, evaluating, and hiring talented IT professionals for various roles. This is a remote, part-time position with fixed working hours per day or week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (developers, designers, testers, etc.)
• Understand job requirements and match candidates with the right technical skills
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates through multiple channels
• Coordinate with management and maintain hiring records
• Assist in onboarding new employees
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

• Prior experience or internship as an HR/Technical Recruiter in an IT company
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Learning-oriented and capable of working independently
• Available for part-time remote work with fixed hours
