Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Part-Time Hybrid Permit Expeditor to support a busy professional in Miami. This hybrid role combines remote work with occasional in-person visits to the office or building departments. Permit expediting experience is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with permit applications and coordination with local authorities to ensure timely approvals.
Manage the executive’s calendar and schedule appointments efficiently.
Track deadlines, organize documents, and prepare reports.
Communicate with clients and officials to gather necessary information.
Attend in-person visits to the office or building department as needed.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in permitting or permit expediting preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Must live in Miami, FL, have a car, and be available in the mornings.
