Part-Time Marketing & Content Coordinator

Lost Worlds Adventures is a family entertainment center that brings fun, excitement, and connection to families, kids, and groups through our giant 3-story play structure, laser tag, ninja course, mini golf, arcade games, and fresh pizza café. We host unforgettable birthday parties, school events, and group outings, and we’re looking for a creative marketing teammate to help us tell our story and grow our community.

The Role

As our Marketing & Content Coordinator, you’ll create and manage engaging content across social media, email, and in-venue channels to attract families, schools, and groups. This role is hands-on, creative, and ideal for someone who loves blending storytelling, social media trends, and community engagement into fun campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Plan, create, and publish weekly posts, stories, and reels for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Capture and edit short-form video/photo content during events, parties, and daily activities.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and adapt them to a family-friendly brand.

Email & Customer Engagement

  • Build and manage a monthly email calendar (birthday promos, events, seasonal specials).
  • Write fun, family-friendly copy that drives bookings, party reservations, and repeat visits.
  • Grow and segment our customer email list.
  • Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
  • Support birthday party and group sales promotions with creative content.
  • Coordinate with schools, community groups, and local organizations for cross-promotions.
  • Create in-venue signage, posters, and digital screen updates (using Canva/Adobe).
  • Analytics & Improvement
  • Track performance (social engagement, email open rates, booking inquiries).
  • Suggest improvements and creative experiments to grow our reach.

Who You Are

  • Creative storyteller with experience in social media content creation (Reels, TikTok, Stories).
  • Comfortable using Canva/Adobe, CapCut, or similar tools to design posts and edit videos.
  • Strong writing skills—able to make family-friendly, playful, and engaging content.
  • Organized and able to manage a content calendar with little oversight.
  • Passion for kids, families, and entertainment — bonus if you enjoy being onsite during parties/events to capture content.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Email marketing experience (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).
  • Experience with light paid ads (Meta/TikTok).
  • Photography or video editing background.
  • Knowledge of SEO, local listings, or event marketing.
