We’re seeking a motivated Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing, communications, and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about storytelling, brand consistency, and community engagement.

Develop and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create marketing materials (flyers, newsletters, graphics) using Canva or similar tools

Coordinate local sponsorships, events, and community outreach programs

Track and analyze engagement metrics and report results

Support brand strategy and maintain a consistent visual and message identity

Collaborate with attorneys and staff to highlight firm successes, client stories, and initiatives

1–3 years of marketing, communications, or social media experience (law firm or professional services preferred)

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Proficiency with social media platforms, Canva (or Adobe), and Google Workspace

Familiarity with SEO, Mailchimp, or digital ad management a plus

Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
