Part-Time Marketing Specialist

Who We’re Hiring:

Doswell Operating Group is seeking a motivated and creative part-time Marketing Specialist to join our team! As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of our marketing efforts, responsible for going out into the field, capturing footage of our employees in action, creating engaging content, and monitoring social media accounts.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to job sites to capture footage (video and photo media) of employees in the field.
• Compile, edit, and post content on a timely schedule.
• Assist in developing content calendars and drafting engaging posts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in marketing, content creation, social media marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Preferred skills/experience
  • Experience in construction, home services, trades, or related industries
  • Familiarity with marketing for multi-location or multi-brand organizations
  • Experience with basic paid advertising (social media or search)
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
    • Working knowledge of SMM platforms (Sprout preferred)
