Part-Time Multimedia Specialist

Remote | Part-Time (15–25 hours/week)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Part-Time Multimedia Specialist to support the development and delivery of engaging training materials for clients and internal stakeholders. This role blends multimedia production, website and content development, graphics management, and light virtual training support.

Key Responsibilities

Multimedia Development

  • Create and edit training videos (screen recordings, walkthroughs, instructional content)
  • Develop and format HTML-based training materials, interactives, and resources
  • Design simple graphics, visual aids, and job aids to support learning initiatives
  • Edit audio/video content for clarity, pacing, and engagement
  • Ensure training content aligns with brand voice and instructional best practices
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently

Academy Website Management

  • Create, update, and standardize website design of modules, templates, themes, and fields, including content, style, and Boolean fields
  • Optimize website accessibility and performance

Graphics and Interactive Management

  • Create and update internal and client-facing graphics and interactives
  • Ensure graphics are clear, accurate, accessible, and user-friendly
  • Identify content gaps and recommend visual aid improvements

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in multimedia development
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to edit web-based content
  • Experience creating and editing training videos and animations using AI (e.g., Camtasia, Loom, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
  • Experience using graphic design tools using AI (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, SnagIt, etc.)
  • Experience working in platforms such as HubSpot
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or learning environments
  • Experience creating graphics with AI
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Experience with screen capture and interactive tutorials
  • Understanding of adult learning principles

Salary Range: $25-$45 per hour, 15-20 hrs a week
