A warm, professional family in South Lakeland is seeking a reliable, nurturing, and highly organized Part-Time Nanny/Family Assistant to support their busy household. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves children, thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment, and can confidently “jump in” where needed.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday–Friday: 7:30–9:00 AM & 2:30–5:30 PM (~25 hours/week)
• Occasional evenings and weekends (with advance notice)
• $24-$25/hour
• Start Date: August 1, 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Morning school/daycare drop-offs and afternoon pickups
• Safe, reliable transportation to school and activities (significant daily driving required)
• After-school care including homework help, routines, and engaging activities
• Children’s meal prep and light kitchen cleanup
• Children’s laundry and organization of their spaces
• Light household support (errands, groceries, basic tidying)
• Occasional pet care for two friendly dogs

About the Role:
This position supports two children. The family values consistency, kindness, and professionalism, and is looking for someone who can become a trusted, steady presence in their children’s daily lives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced with infants and school-age children
• Warm, dependable, and proactive
• Comfortable managing changing schedules
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Has a reliable, insured personal vehicle and strong driving record
• Able to work independently and maintain professionalism and confidentiality
