Part-Time Office Administrator

Bay Contracting Inc is a medium-sized construction company located in Waltham, MA. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role offers the opportunity to support daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and enhance overall office efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be based in the local area as the position is for approx. 15-20 hours per week.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Help update internal spreadsheets, databases and tracking logs

· Provide general office support such as filing, scanning, preparing mailings and bank deposits.

· Handle administrative duties such as data entry and correspondence

· Ordering and maintaining office supplies

· Assisting with invoicing, and occasionally aiding human resources with onboarding.

· Assist team members with various administrative duties

Qualifications:

· Knowledge and experience with MS Office (Word, excel, outlook, Project etc.)

· Enthusiastic and positive approach to position and tasks

· Effective time management skills, including punctuality, flexibility and reliability

· Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a condensed work week.

· Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Ability to Commute:

  • Waltham, MA 02453 (Preferred)
