About Me

Hi! I’m Lexi Hensler — content creator, entrepreneur, and founder of Hugz.

I’ve been creating content for over 10 years across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat. I love making fun, uplifting content and building a positive community online.

I’m in a really exciting season, running multiple projects while planning my wedding, and I’m looking for someone professional, proactive, and kind-hearted to help me stay organized and capture amazing content.

About the Role

This is a hands-on support role — perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys helping a busy creator bring ideas to life behind the scenes.

You’ll assist with filming, organizing shoots, calendar management, running errands, coming along on event days, and keeping the daily details running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with filming content (mostly iPhone, occasionally camera and lighting setup)
• Manage setup, takedown, and clean-up after shoots
• Potentially help with short-form video editing (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) — editing experience is a plus, or I can train you in my style
• Keep up with social media trends and help brainstorm creative ideas
• Support with organization, scheduling, errands, and calendar management
• Occasionally travel for brand projects or shoots (e.g., events, trips, bridal fashion week, etc.)
• Bring positive, professional energy to every workday

• Fluent across all major social platforms
• Flexibility in your schedule (Lexi’s schedule varies week to week and needs someone who is able to offer flexibility)
• Lives in or near Los Angeles and can work in person 1–3 days per week
• Bonus: Comfortable editing short-form content (CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)

This role is best suited for someone who loves being part of the creative process and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. There’s potential for this role to grow into full-time for the right person.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
