Part-Time Phone Person

Are you friendly, organized, and love pizza? Dominick’s Pizzeria is looking for a reliable and personable Phone Person to join our team! As the first voice our customers hear, you'll play a key role in creating an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Take accurate food orders and enter them into our POS system
• Provide information about our menu and specials
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and delivery staff
• Help with light front-of-house duties (as needed)

• Prior customer service or phone experience is a plus, but not required
