Part Time Print Production and Graphic Designer

Prepress / Digital Print Production Associate
Minuteman Press, the world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing, and design franchise, is looking for a Prepress/Digital Print Production Associate to join our team.

This role involves working directly with customers—by phone, email, and in person—to support their print, design, and promotional projects. Responsibilities include:

• Graphic design and prepress file preparation
• Submitting files to vendors and creating estimates/work orders
• Operating digital presses and light bindery equipment
• Providing outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (graphic design experience required)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent time-management skills; able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively from concept to completion
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional demeanor and reliability
• Willingness to assist with general shop upkeep
• Prior print shop experience is preferred

Position Details:

• Part-time
• 10–30 hours per week
• $16.50 per hour
