Part-Time Project Manager

GoodsMart is hiring for a part-time role, perfect for university students who are looking to gain hands-on experience in activations and partnerships while managing their studies!

What You’ll Do:

-Supervise all on-ground activations and events to make sure they’re well-organized and on-brand.

-Do field visits to explore new compounds and areas for customer acquisition opportunities.

-Manage ushers during activations — training, schedules, and ensuring they represent GoodsMart the right way.

-Build and manage partnerships with compounds, developers, and local communities.

-Handle all on-ground logistics and make sure everything runs smoothly during campaigns.

-Work closely with the marketing and BD teams to ensure activations achieve their goals.

-Collect feedback and share insights to improve future activities.

What We’re Looking For:

-Someone with 1–3 years of experience in events, activations, or ushering.

-A person who’s confident, outgoing, and great at negotiation.

- Has a car and is comfortable moving between locations.

-Hands-on, proactive, and enjoys working on the ground.

-Strong communication and organization skills.

-Any ushering or event management background is a big plus.
