Part Time Receptionist

Hours are 3:30 pm - 7 p.m. Monday-Friday (Day off during the week when working the saturday)

Every other Saturday 8:30 am - 5:00 p.m

About Us:
We are a fast-paced, customer-focused Kia dealership dedicated to providing an exceptional experience from the moment guests walk through our doors. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the dealership
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Assist customers with general inquiries and connect them with the appropriate departments
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
• Handle light administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Schedule customer appointments
• Communicate effectively with sales, service, and management teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Works independently
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Basic computer skills (email, phone systems, CRM knowledge a plus)
• Previous receptionist or customer-service experience preferred but not required
• Reliability and strong work ethic
