Part Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Are you looking for a fun part time job in a great environment? Gandrud Auto Group is currently looking for the right person to join our team as a Part Time Receptionist at our Chevrolet location. Duties would include answering the phones and greeting customers as they arrive at our dealership as well as assisting our sales associates as needed. Some additional administrative assistant work may also be available as needed. We are looking to find the right individual to job share the following schedule (as well as help when the need arises due to vacations etc.)

Week One: Thursday 3pm - 7pm, Friday 2pm - 6pm, Saturday 7am - 5pm

Week Two: Monday 3pm - 7pm, Tuesday 3pm - 7pm, Wednesday 3pm - 7 pm

This is a job share schedule that basically has each person working Thursday - Wednesday one week (Sundays off) and then off Thursday - Wednesday the next period. Does require every other Saturday. Average is 30 hours every two weeks.
