Maison du Cleaning is a growing cleaning company in Dubai focused on delivering professional residential and holiday home cleaning services. As a young company, we are looking for a motivated and creative individual to help us build our online presence and generate leads through social media.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and proactive Social Media Executive who can manage our social media accounts, shoot and edit simple videos, and support basic website updates.

This is ideal for someone with prior experience who wants steady part-time work and growth with a developing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Manage Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

Create and schedule 3–4 posts per week

Write captions and basic marketing messages

Respond to comments and messages

Content Creation:

Visit cleaning locations occasionally to film short videos

Create Reels (before/after, team work, client-ready apartments)

Edit videos using CapCut or similar apps

Follow trends when relevant

Lead Generation:

Create simple content designed to generate inquiries

Add clear calls-to-action (Book Now, WhatsApp Us, etc.)

Boost posts when needed (basic Meta Ads knowledge is mandatory)

Website Support:

Make small updates to the website when needed

Update photos, services, or contact information

Requirements:

Prior experience managing social media accounts

Basic video shooting and editing skills

Basic understanding of Instagram & TikTok growth

Organized and self-motivated

Based in Dubai

Must have their own phone/camera for filming

Creative but practical

Understands service-based businesses

Looking for long-term collaboration

Comfortable working independently
