Part-Time Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founder, designer and editor to complement high-quality visual and video content
• Plan, create, and publish social media content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Develop and manage a content calendar and posting schedule
• Write captions, hooks, and post copy optimized for engagement and reach
• Manage short-form video strategy (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics and insights
• Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community interaction
• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

Requirements

• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, creator, or business
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms
• Experience writing engaging social media copy and captions
• Knowledge of social media analytics and growth strategies
• Ability to organize, schedule, and manage multiple content streams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
