About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for toddlers.
Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
Engage children in play-based learning activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Observe and assess children's progress and communicate with parents regularly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to foster a cohesive educational experience.
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Background check clearance as per state regulations.
Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
