About the Opportunity

We're supporting a pioneering cybersecurity venture developing advanced next-generation cryptography and secure digital infrastructure solutions. They're expanding their presence across the Middle East and are now looking for an experienced partner & channel manager to build and scale their regional partner ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who understands cybersecurity technologies, knows how to grow channel revenue and has strong relationships across VARs, distributors and system integrators in the GCC. If you enjoy developing channel strategies, enabling partners and driving market growth for innovative security products - this could be the perfect move.

What You'll Do

• Build, manage and grow partnerships with VARs, distributors and system integrators across the GCC.
• Develop and execute channel strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
• Drive partner enablement programs, technical training and joint go-to-market activities.
• Support partners through the full sales cycle, including opportunity qualification and deal registration.
• Maintain strong relationships with government, enterprise and critical infrastructure customers through partners.
• Work closely with product, sales and engineering teams to translate customer needs into successful solutions.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine channel strategy.

What You'll Need

5-12 years of experience in channel management, partner sales or alliances.

• Strong background in cybersecurity, secure infrastructure or identity/encryption solutions.
• Established relationships with VARs, SIs and distributors in the GCC region.
• Experience with channel programs, enablement, co-selling and co-marketing.
• Strong understanding of government or enterprise buying cycles in the Middle East.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi (relocation support included).

Nice to Have

• Experience with PKI, cryptographic products or secure digital identity solutions.
• Background working with high-growth tech or cybersecurity vendors.
• Exposure to post-quantum security, encryption or advanced security architectures.
