Partner Development Operation

Job Description

1. Responsible for the strategies of partner development, and continuous optimization and improvement.

2. Responsible for partners' mid-to-long-term rights and benefits, incentive strategies, and continuous optimization and improvement.

3. Plan and implement of partner structure for a more excellent, more stable partner structure. 4. Plan the structure and quantity of partners in different cities to ensure businesses have a stable development.

4. Plan and improve the partner's rights and incentives policy, system.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with over three years of work experience in partner strategy or D-side operations; with experience in exploring projects from 0 to 1 is preferred.

2. Proficient in using SQL, with excellent data acquisition/analysis skills and business insight, able to propose operational strategies based on analysis results and partner characteristics, and is open to challenges. Having a background in business analysis, consulting, or statistics is a plus.

3. Good project management skills, self-motivation, communication and coordination abilities, and a certain level of business acumen.

4. Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing), willing to work abroad.

5. Experience managing logistics or food delivery partners preferred.
