Partner – M & A

Overview
Looking for an experienced M&A Partner to lead high-value transactions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals while expanding client relationships.

Duties

Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from start to finish.

Oversee due diligence, structuring, and negotiation of deal terms.

Draft and review purchase agreements, joint ventures, and related contracts.

Advise clients on corporate growth strategies and risk management.

Requirements:

JD and active bar membership.

Proven track record in M&A deal-making.

Strong client network and business development skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $300,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
