Partner Operation Manager

About the position

• You're a Partner Operation Manager of Huawei Cloud with excellent management, communication, and organizational skills, also basic cloud knowledge. Your expertise and presentation skills will be on display as you engage with partners to declare Huawei cloud policy, incentives, market orders. You will work with partners to understand their business requirements, and provide necessary support to partners . In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the partner development team to provide policy consulting, coordination, joint marketing, and problem solving to reselling partners of Huawei Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of the preliminary review of the policy update solution, support internal and external policy interpretation, collect issues and comments during policy implementation, and track the issues and comments in a closed-loop manner.
• Manage one or more business risk scenarios, identify and assess risks, and implement risk control.
• Drive the partner order management system, provide business optimization solutions for abnormal and non-special scenarios, and drive the continuous optimization of order management.
• Be responsible for regional partner registration, certification, letter of authorization, and agreement review, partner tier upgrade and downgrade.
• Partner marketing operation, support partner to do joint marketing with Huawei Cloud, including onsite event or digital marketing.
• Encourage partners to do Huawei Cloud certificate and manage the certificate KPI of partners.
• Release partner incentives timely based on their sales KPI.
• Handling sales process for business projects

Skills & Experience

Minimum qualifications:

• Proficiency in Chinese Speaking is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• English as working language, good communication skills.
• Supportive personality and team spirit

Preferred qualifications:

• Worked in a similar position of partner operation manager before.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing
