Partner Sales Manager


Position Objective:

Expand the partner network by attracting new service partners (tire services, car washes, etc.) and achieving monthly partnership goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Search and attract new partners for collaboration (via phone calls and online outreach).
  • Manage the full partnership process — from initial contact to agreement signing and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the CRM system.
  • Provide information about partnership conditions and collect feedback to improve cooperation.
  • Support partners and ensure smooth ongoing communication.
  • Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of B2B cold sales or partnership development experience (in services, telecom, or digital sectors).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Structured approach to work and attention to detail.


Key Qualities:

  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
  • Curiosity and adaptability — readiness to learn about logistics and transportation services.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.


We’ll consider it an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in building partnership networks or dealer programs.
  • Proven success in reaching or exceeding KPIs.
  • Age under 32.


Red Flags:

  • Lack of cold calling or B2B outreach experience.
  • Job hopping (less than 2 years in previous positions).
  • Weak data-driven or structured thinking.


Compensation:

  • The monthly salary is 80,000 TRY, plus a 20,000 TRY performance bonus. The bonus is paid monthly, and additional sales-based commissions will be introduced later on.
