Partnership and Development Specialist

Zayed National Museum is located at the heart of Saadiyat Cultural District Abu Dhabi. Job Purpose


The role of the Partnership & Development Specialist is support in the development and implementation of partnership, fundraising and sponsorship programmes and initiatives.


Responsibilities


  • Assisting department leaders in developing sponsorship & fundraising plans.
  • Implement partnership, fundraising and sponsorship campaigns and events.
  • Support the Identification of prospects through research and sequencing requests to maximise opportunities.
  • Nurture and maintain relations with key partners, members, the Board of Directors and other external stakeholders.
  • Input to the development and implementation of effective stewardship activities.
  • Support the implementation of partner cultivation activities and high-level events.
  • Support the production of major proposals and campaign reports.
  • Support the department with internal stakeholders during plans implementation internally


Required Experience


  • Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience with selling, meeting, events planning.
  • Experience of direct face-to-face customer service and handling customer complaints.
  • Proven organisational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.


Required Qualifications


  • Minimum of Bachelor degree in museum studies, history of art, business or marketing.
