Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Partnership & Business Development Sr. Specialist with 3+ years of experience to help expand WalaOne’s network of partners and enhance our digital loyalty ecosystem. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by building strategic partnerships, developing client relationships, and promoting WalaOne’s innovative loyalty and rewards solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver value-driven partnerships that enrich user experiences and support the company’s growth objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, merchants, and corporate clients to expand WalaOne’s loyalty and rewards network.
  • Promote WalaOne’s products and services by understanding partner needs and tailoring solutions to achieve mutual business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that contribute to platform growth and market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and finance) to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of partnership solutions.
  • Prepare and manage partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Monitor partnership performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize engagement and results.
  • Address and resolve partner inquiries or issues promptly and professionally to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, revenue performance, and client communications.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management — ideally within SaaS, loyalty solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and sustain business relationships.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong organizational and contract management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
