Job Purpose:
The Partnership Consultant is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive the company’s digital growth and market presence. The role involves building strong relationships with key industry players, structuring partnership contracts, and ensuring mutually beneficial collaboration models aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential partners within the digital ecosystem (technology providers, telecom operators, system integrators, digital platforms, etc.).

Develop partnership strategies that align with the company’s business goals and growth roadmap.

Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of partnership agreements, MoUs, and joint initiatives.

Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance and smooth execution of partnership terms.

Monitor and assess partnership performance, ensuring value delivery and alignment with KPIs.

Build and maintain strong networks with key stakeholders across the public and private sectors.

Analyze market trends and competitor partnerships to identify new opportunities and risks.

Support in preparing business proposals, presentations, and financial models for potential collaborations.

Represent the company in partnership meetings, forums, and industry events.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).

8–10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances within
digital or technology companies
.

Proven experience in
structuring and negotiating partnership contracts
and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

Strong understanding of the Saudi digital transformation landscape and Vision 2030 initiatives.

Experience in working with government entities, private sector partners, and global technology firms.
