Partnership Manager

What You Will Do:
● Pitch & Close: Take video calls (Zoom) with international retreat leaders to pitch
Smukti’s white-label packages.
● Consultative Selling: Understand the client’s vision (e.g., "I want a quiet meditation
tour") and propose the right circuit (e.g., Tiruvannamalai & Auroville vs. Navagraha
Temples).
● Proposal Creation: Create costing and itinerary proposals using our templates and
follow up until the contract is signed.
● Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with partners to ensure they book
their next retreat with us, too.

What We Are Looking For:
● Experience: 2+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relations.
● Communication: Excellent spoken English is mandatory. You must be comfortable
speaking to clients from the US/UK.
● Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and CRM tools.
● Bonus: Interest in spirituality, temples, or travel is a huge plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,095,211.02 per year
