Partnerships & BD Senior lead

Role Purpose

The purpose of the FS Partnerships BD lead is to Drive Vodafone Egypt’s strategic partnerships agenda for the Financial Services externally in both private and public sectors to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives. This role requires a combination of strong commercial acumen, relationship management, and strategic thinking to drive revenue growth, create new service offerings, and enhance the company’s position in the market through collaborative partnerships.

What you’ll do

• Partnership identification & development: Analyse market trends to identify new partnership opportunities in collaboration with Products team.
• Planning & Execution: Participate in the development of partnerships goals , strategies and key performance indicators.
• Create partnership proposals, pricing negotiations and follow up on expected outcomes.
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure partnerships are feasible, strategically compliant & efficient.
• Contracts negotiation & relationship management :Responsible for contracts negotiations and relationship management with partners & act as a SPOC internally.
• Maximize partnership value and identify opportunities for further collaboration scope.

Who you are

• 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related roles, preferably within telecom or financial services sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-value partnerships and delivering business growth.
• Strong understanding of financial services products, fintech ecosystem, and telecom industry dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
