About Kirschenbaum ProductionsEmmy Award–winning creative studio and social media influencers behind the Netflix documentary LOOK AT US NOW, MOTHER! and widely acclaimed work on forgiveness, mental health, aging, and family relationships. We create documentaries, books, and digital content that help people heal and are growing our No More Drama with Mama movement across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Facebook.

Role Overview We’re looking for a Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Intern to help us grow strategic collaborations and social impact. You’ll support outreach to partners, influencer relationships, and social media campaigns, working directly with our Emmy-winning founder and seeing your work in live campaigns. This is an internship for academic credit; no salary or hourly wage is provided. Expected time commitment is approximately 10–15 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Research potential partners: mental health orgs, therapists, wellness brands, bookstores, podcasts
  • Identify influencers and creators aligned with our mission
  • Draft outreach emails and organize partnership tracking in Google Sheets/CRM
  • Support content and campaign execution on Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Facebook
  • Assist with email newsletters and light campaign coordination
  • Track simple engagement metrics (opens, clicks, saves, shares, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled student eligible for academic credit
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active social media user (especially Instagram and TikTok)
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Genuine interest in mental health, storytelling, forgiveness, or personal growth

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with Canva and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Interest in influencer marketing, book/film promotion, or documentary storytelling
