Position Summary

You’ll play a key role in developing content that captures CarePoint’s mission, celebrates our physicians and advanced practice providers, and inspires prospective clinicians and business partners to connect with us.

CarePoint is looking for a Marketing Intern who’s passionate about and skilled in creating engaging content — from short- and long-form videos to compelling written pieces for our website and social media channels — and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Education:

• Completion of a bachelor’s degree or at least two years of undergraduate work in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field of study

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to leverage AI tools to create and enhance content
• Skilled in capturing compelling photos and video,and proficient with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) to produce polished, professional content
• Ability to use graphic-design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign) to create graphics for different uses
• Skilled at writing for different mediums, including website, social media, and email
• Working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads, and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite)
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment at a growing healthcare company
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organization and time management skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CarePoint’s senior marketing manager to achieve defined goals
• Develop engaging written and visual content for CarePoint’s website, social media channels, email campaigns, and internal audiences
• Assist with social media strategy and execution, including planning, posting, and performance tracking
• Support creative campaigns aimed at attracting top clinical talent and new business clients
• Help identify opportunities to repurpose and amplify content across multiple mediums
• Other duties as assigned

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
